We have been making numerous diameters below 1mm thickness for a few years now. The latest is this 8″ diameter x 0.90mm thick. As we tested the parts, we found we were getting great results of 1/8 TWE across the whole part and sometimes 1/10 wave. When you get down to this thickness, it’s so tight that the edges polish out.
